Conference Papers
Important Dates:
- Deadline for submission of full papers: March 31, 2010
- Date of confirmation to authors regarding acceptability of papers: April 21, 2010
- Early Registration date: May 15, 2010
Guidelines for Full Papers:
Papers should include enough information for a clear presentation of the topic. The name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information of the author(s) should appear below the title of the paper. A short abstract of 50-100 words must be placed at the beginning of the paper. A length of ~10 pages with an electronic file size of less than 5 MB is suggested for a typical paper.
Procedure:
Please note that ONLY FULL PAPERS are to be submitted for this conference (abstracts or summaries will not be accepted).Please plan accordingly.
Submissions of full papers should be made electronically, preferably in MS Word format, through the Annual Conference electronic submission system. To help with planning, authors are kindly asked to log onto the electronic submission system and input the title and main author of their planned paper even before making the full submission.Guidelines for Other Submissions:
Discussions or presentations without written papers are also welcome. These however will of course not appear in the Conference Proceedings. A statement of commitment to present without a written paper is still required. This can be done via the paper-submission link on the Conference website. Simply give a title for the talk and indicate that it will be without a written paper. All such commitments are subject to Organizing Committee acceptance, as are written papers.
