Welcome to the website of the Ottawa Branch of the CNS.

The Ottawa Branch of the Canadian Nuclear Society has been active ever since the founding of the Society. Members of the Ottawa Branch represent a wide spectrum of professionals in the fields of Nuclear Science and Engineering. They include university students, professors, employees and retirees from AECL, CNSC (former AECB), NRCan (former EMR) and other private industries and government departments including MDS Nordion and Health Canada. The Ottawa Branch also has members also in Arnprior, Chalk River and Kingston (mainly students and professors at the Royal Military College).

The CNS welcomes anyone interested in Nuclear Science and Engineering to join and participate in its activities.
